Emberwood had its fair share of spellcasters, though lacking the funding of the tower to the south. With more limited resources the mages of Emberwood found other methods to strengthen their art, and the Amulet of Magic was popular among all of them.

Druids worse these amulets while performing rituals around the standing stones, hoping that it might strengthen their bond with nature. The self-proclaimed warlocks, of the Children of Shadows, would sit in darkened basements wearing these glittering amulets as they intoned dark rites that had no effect. The Wild Knight mages would use them more pragmatically, wielding magic against all the threats that the villagers were unaware of.
