The Wild Knights used many tools and tricks in their hunts. Looking for any edge they might have against the untamed wilds of Ashenfall. One jeweller, a water-Amalgamated by the name of Lochlan, created an amulet imbued with the communal spirit of the hunters. He would leave the gemstone, that would serve as its base, in the gathering hall and soon it became a tradition for each hunter to touch the gemstone if their hunt was successful.

Over the years this gemstone took on their pride, prowess and skill and that became a magical enchantment that lay within the heart of the stone. Crafting an amulet from the crystal, Lochlan found a way of sharing that enchantment with everyone who wore it.

Now, millennia later, the echoes of that enchantment linger within the crystals, just waiting for someone to remember them.
