After settling in the Umbral Sands, the Moon Garou needed to adapt to static lives not driven solely by the hunt. Their druids used magic to acquire adamantite ore from the rocks around the sands, but it was inefficient, messy and occasionally deadly.
Garou smiths used the ore to create the first tools of their new civilisation, the adamant pickaxe, so their druids could relax.
Now, because of these tools, the garou could mine ore and reshape the land, creating the very foundations of a new way of life for their people.
