Nature spirits are part of a natural cycle, they are both the hunter and the hunted and death is as important a part of their essence as living is. In death, they rise again, like plants growing from the nutrients of fallen beasts, only to be hunted and slain again and again.
On paper it’s a tragic existence, but this cycle of life and death is vital for the wellbeing of any ecosystem.
